Can I return my goods?

Yes.  PROVIZ will accept returned goods if you notify us by email (info@proviz.co.uk) within 7 working days of receipt of your goods and will refund the entire amount of the purchase.  A copy of the invoice that accompanied the order must be included with returns or exchanges.  All goods must be returned 'as new' with all hangtags still attached and packaging in good condition (not ripped in any way).  Please allow 14-21 days for your refund or to receive any exchanged items. Will there be instructions?

Clear instructions will be included in the packet when you receive them.

How will my products be sent?

All of our products will be posted first class, unless otherwise specified.  Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery.  PROVIZ will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by industrial action by the postal service.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the postal address that you give us is correct and accurate.

How much does postage cost?

Postage is free to the UK and Channel Islands if your product is over £15 in value. For Europe and International postage, the shipping cost will be clearly stated on checkout. 

Do you accept cheques?

No.  All orders need to be processed through the website. 

What are your terms and conditions?

By purchasing a product from www.proviz.co.uk ("the website"), you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions which are published on our terms and conditions section.

VAT

The prices shown for all items are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%, where applicable.  All VAT due is paid by PROVIZ direct to UK customs.  For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay any applicable sales tax or customs duty charges in your own country.

What is electroluminescent lighting?

Electroluminescent light is an optical and electrical phenomenon in which a material emits light in response to the passage of an electric current or a strong electric field. The light given off is a cool light as no heat is given off. PROVIZ uses organic powder phosphor-based electroluminescent panels/strips. Electroluminescent technologies have low power consumption compared to competing lighting technologies, such as neon, fluorescent or LED lamps and bulbs. This, together with the thinness of the material, means that it is an ideal addition to high visibility products. The light produced is absolutely uniform and visible from a great distance.

Why electric blue?

To put it simply, at night, blue (along with green) is the colour the human eye is most sensitive to. This means, it is the most eye-catching and prominent colour on the roads at night making the user of our blue Triviz coloured lighting systems stick out on the roads at night and their position more easily identifiable. The light could be made in any colour. However, the electric blue colour used produces the greatest apparent light output for the least electrical power input. We have also made a Triviz in red as some countries require this.

Is electroluminescent lighting Safe?

Yes it is totally safe.

Is it environmentally friendly?

Yes, it has low power consumption and the Triviz pack has been specifically designed to not use disposable batteries.

Can I buy the products in all countries?

Yes we send to almost all countries across the world.

Which currencies can I buy in?

You can buy in Sterling, US Dollars or Euros.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use all major debit and credit cards and Paypal.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes we use an independent secure payment system.

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you have selected your products, you go to your shopping basket and you will see a promotional code box towards the bottom of the page, enter the code and it will automatically discount the total.

Can I use more than one promotional code?

No, you can just use one at a time.

Do I have to create an account to shop on proviz.co.uk?

No you don’t, but if you do, you don’t have to re-enter your details next time you shop.

If a product says out of stock will it be coming in soon?

If there is a product you like and it is out of stock, email info@proviz.co.uk and we can let you know when they will be due in.
