Terms and Conditions - Warranty Against Defects

Warranty Coverage:

Proviz Sports offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Proviz Sports and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Defects Covered:

This warranty covers defects that arise under normal and proper use of the product. Such defects may include, but are not limited to, stitching issues, faulty zippers, and fabric defects.

Exclusions:

a. Fair Wear and Tear: Please note that fair wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Fair wear and tear refers to the reasonable deterioration of the product due to normal use over time. This includes, but is not limited to, fading, minor pilling, and stretching that may occur as a result of regular wear.

b. Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations, or improper care is not covered under this warranty.

c. Third-Party Alterations or Repairs: Any alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty.

This means that if the item wears out over time or gets damaged due to misuse, it will not be covered under the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process:

a. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team at customersupport@provizsports.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

b. Our team will assess the claim and determine whether the issue falls within the scope of this warranty.

c. If the claim is deemed valid, we will, at our discretion, offer advice on repair or replace the defective product.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair (where possible) or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
